An exhibition of photographs taken deep in the Scandinavian forests using a fullplate camera from the 1870s.

Alluding to the fairytales and myth of Northern Europe, they explore the ambivalent nature of our relationship with the elemental forest. Looking at the passing of time and themes of transience and loss, the exhibition examines the role of the physical object in an age of reproduction and digitisation.
