Thom Hetherington of Buy Art Fair writes “During the past five years the fair has sold work by a range of artists from Damien Hirst and Tracey Emin to Rolf Harris and Vic Reeves. Buy Art Fair is and always has been voluntarily non profit making as we work to establish an event worthy of Manchester and the North. We are passionate about art and making a way of purchasing original and affordable work. It has been rewarding to see the event create a sustainable Northern art market.”
Meanwhile The Manchester Contemporary presents a carefully selected range of UK and international galleries displaying the work of some exciting emerging contemporary artists, alongside a programme of events including artist talks and guided tours of the stands.
