Open Eye is looking for a new Director who can lead the organisation through what promises to be one of the most exciting and challenging periods of its 35-year life.

The new Director will maintain Open Eye's current momentum, consolidating its reputation as one of the UK's most dynamic and ambitious centres for photography. He/she will continue to build and widen audiences, and to raise the organisation's profile across the North West region and beyond.

A larger, more ambitious operation puts pressure on resources but it also brings with it great opportunities. It is vital that Open Eye's leadership is creative, resourceful and dynamic in terms of both artistic and organisational development.

Hours: Full Time
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35-40k depending on experience
