As part of LOOK Photo Biennial 2019, Chapter 02: TRANSLATE / TRANSITION, Open Eye Gallery are looking for photographic work that relates to ideas of multi-nationality and exchange. Selected artists from this open call will be showing as part of group exhibitions at various non-traditional gallery venues across Liverpool and Birkenhead as part of their large satellite programme. As well as opportunities to exhibit, Open Eye is open to hearing proposals about hosting related events, such as talks or workshops.

Successful artists will be responsible for the production and installation of their work in conversation with the Open Eye Gallery team. All selected artists will be featured in the LOOK Photo Biennial 2019 programme (printed and digital), and promoted via social media. The deadline for submissions is Sunday 30 June.

Chapter 2 of LOOK Photo Biennial 2019 runs from Thursday 17 October until Saturday 21 December.
