We are seeking high quality professional photographers to join our roster* of suppliers at Creative Scene.
As the Arts Council England’s Creative People and Places project for West Yorkshire-North Kirklees, we deliver a programme where people create and experience great art in the places where they live. Through photography we want to document this work and create images that appeal to new audiences. Briefs will focus mainly on capturing public interaction and response to our very diverse programme of visual, performance, and urban arts - delivered in equally as diverse community-based settings.
We need photographers who can capture the atmosphere and experience of seeing an amazing show, or participating in a great art experience, oftentimes in challenging situations. Our commissions regularly take place in outdoor settings, in parks and gardens, or on trains, in pubs and cafes, shopping malls and market halls.
If this sounds like your sort of thing and you -
- work with digital colour photography
- are self-employed or a business who can offer photographic services
- easily able to travel to and around North Kirklees (the area includes Dewsbury, Batley, Mirfield, Cleckheaton, Heckmondwike, Birstall, Liversedge, Gomersal and Birkenshaw)
