Redeye's essential guide to success in photography, particularly for photographers who are about to start trading or have done so in the past year or two, now comes in two flavours.
This event is aimed specifically at those who want to make a living from exhibiting or publishing self-generated projects, including documentary or art photography; or obtain public art commissions. The day will give an overview of the current market and typical career paths, and then look at marketing yourself, including how to present your work; sources of funding and what the funders will expect; what makes a successful Arts Council funding application, and how to build up productive relationships with galleries.

This one day workshop will be delivered by a team from Redeye and runs from 10am-5pm. Please arrive promptly at the venue for a 10.15am start.
